Alaska Probiotics is inspired by Dorothy Brent, whom I began this journey to health with in 2012. Dorothy imparted her plant wisdom, connectivity to environment, and love for nature. The kombucha you drink today is brewed with the same mother scoby Dorothy and I began with.
